We have identified an issue with the Payment History feature where applying date filters results in no records being displayed or exported.
A fix is currently in development and will be deployed in an upcoming release. In the interim, clients can view and export payment records without applying date filters (or filtering by Payment Method only) and perform any necessary date filtering directly within the exported file.
We will provide an update once the fix has been deployed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
